Hawke’s Bay Boutique Winemakers Association is a group of like minded small wineries that are working together to promote their wines. To this end, there is a ‘meet the winemakers’ event on the last Sunday of each month during the summer.
The wineries collectively set up small tents /gazebos at one of the participating wineries and provide entertainment (music), food, none alcoholic beverages, giving you the opportunity to taste several wines – and buy your favourites – at one location in a relaxing family-friendly atmosphere.
This is the second year these events are taking place and becoming more popular each time. Participating wineries include:
