Fruit: 100% Chardonnay, (Clone 15 and Clone 95),
100% Single Estate Grown, Bridge Pa Triangle.
Vineyard: Cardoness is an 13 ha vineyard in the Bridge Pa Triangle.
Winemaking: This single vineyard Chardonnay was 100% barrel fermented in French oak, using a combination of new and old barrels. The wine was matured on lees and 35% was put through malolactic fermentation, spending a total of 10 months in barrel.

Food Matches: This wine is a perfect companion to chicken and pork dishes, as well as rich seafood dishes.
