Our Sauvignon Blanc is 100% barrel fermented in old french oak. This allows the wine to develop a wonderful full texture, which particularly complements our tropical Hawkes Bay fruit. Subtle but not oaky, we find this wine appeals to all and is particularly food friendly as the acidity is complementary rather than overpowering.
