The stunning 2013 vintage has given us amazing quality fruit to play with. This Sauvignon Blanc has beautiful tropical aromatics, and amazing richness on the palate with passionfruit and guava characters. Already drinking wonderfully well, this wine will go from strength to strength, and has all the components to age and develop further.
Harvested – 5th March 2013
Winemaking – Pressed and cold settled, then racked to barrel and fermented, stored on lees for 5 months, and then bottled.
Bottled on – 16th August 2013
Drink – Now or cellar 3-5 years.
